Paul Preg was in charge of civil engineering and worked for Nägele for a total of 48 years. Lothar Kühne was head of building construction and worked for Nägele for a total of 43 years. Both played a key role in the company's success, and their departure marks the end of two eras that have had a significant impact on the construction landscape in Vorarlberg.

Managing directors Martin Keuschnigg, Herbert Pichler and Michael Pichler, together with local managers Martin Lercher and Günter Summer, presented the retirees with a small gift and their wives with flowers as a token of gratitude.

The retirees were celebrated in style at a dinner with their former colleagues and the civil engineering team. They looked back on the past decades and shared a few anecdotes.
