We started with a delicious snack at the office building before setting off for Arlberg. There we were able to marvel at the impressive renovation of the Arlberg Tunnel, on which PORR has been working for two years. Particularly fascinating was the sophisticated safety concept with the emergency exit above the tunnel ceiling leading to a secure cavern, which is kept under positive pressure to keep smoke out.

After this informative tour, we enjoyed a delicious lunch at the Unicorn restaurant in Bürserberg. Then we headed straight out the front door and onto the chairlift for the highlight of the day: a rapid descent on mountain karts along the Brandnertal bike park trail. Everyone had a lot of fun and it was a great experience for our team!
