In preparation for the exams, practical and theoretical preparatory courses were already held at the Hohenems Building Academy in the fall. All apprentices who are interested and want to improve their skills can attend these courses at Nägele at the company's expense.

In addition to these preparatory courses, our apprentices can also take advantage of tutoring sessions through the “Zukunft mit Bildung” association or through external tutors, for which we also cover the full costs. The “Zukunft mit Bildung” association was founded by vocational school teachers.
