Groundbreaking ceremony for "QULUMBUS"

Right in the centre of Klaus, we are constructing the ‘QULUMBUS’ residential and commercial building for Expose Immobilien.
The two buildings were designed by the architectural firm Dietrich/Untertrifaller. The QULUMBUS project features a spacious underground car park, two commercial spaces on the ground floor and twelve rental apartments on the upper floors.
INSIDE96 is representing the client. The ground-breaking ceremony on Wednesday, 17 June 2020 marked the start of construction work on this exciting project.
