All our valued employees and retirees, Deputy Mayor Gerda Schnetzer-Sutterlüty from the municipality of Sulz, representatives from the parish of Weiler (owner of the developed property), and our direct neighbors from Nachbaur Transporte were cordially invited. We also welcomed representatives from PORR and its subsidiaries from Vienna, Tyrol, and Salzburg who were involved in the project. The excellent buffet provided by Gstach in Rankweil received high praise, as did the hospitality of the highly experienced Gstach team.

After moving into the office building in January 2022, the second building was occupied this January:

Building yard with workshop: A state-of-the-art workshop for construction machinery and covered areas for weather-protected storage.

Spenglerei IAT GmbH: This building not only houses modern office space, but also a fully equipped construction metalworking shop.

Sanitary facilities and break rooms: Modern sanitary facilities and great break rooms are available for the well-being of our more than 200 employees.

Further interesting facts about the new location on Industriestraße:

• Total investment: €10 million (investment sum for office €5 million; building yard, metalworking shop, and workshop €5 million)

   

• Construction period: Office building from November 2020 to December 2021, hall from December 2022 to December 2023

   

• PV systems: 200 kWp PV system in the hall, 11 kWp PV system in the office building

   

• Heating systems: Geothermal energy for the office building, air heat pump for the second building

   

• Total site area: 25,000 m²

   

• Turnover in 2023: All companies located at the site together generated €70 million (Nägele Hoch- und Tiefbau GmbH, IAT GmbH, PORR Equipment Services GmbH)
