At the beginning of October, our building construction team, led by foreman Stefan Mair, began work on the Montfortstraße residential complex in the centre of Rankweil.

The construction project, commissioned by our client Nägele Wohn- und Projektbau GmbH, comprises an underground car park with 22 parking spaces and a total of 17 apartments of various sizes.

The shell construction work is expected to be completed by the end of May 2021, with occupancy planned for spring 2022.
