In just under a year of construction, foreman Mariano Saler and his team have achieved impressive results. The construction site presented the team with major challenges—the cramped conditions in particular made logistics difficult. Nevertheless, every detail was implemented with the utmost precision.

A special feature of the project is that the residential complex is built on top of an underground car park and ground floor, terraced towards the rear on a slope – an architecturally and structurally exciting solution that blends perfectly into the terrain.

A great moment for everyone involved – and a strong sign of what is possible when a well-coordinated team works together.
