A new water pipe will be laid from the Pfänder mountain lodge via Dohle to the Hintermoos plot, followed by a new sewer and water pipe from the Hintermoos plot to the Seibl inn. In addition, the road from Hintermoos to the Seibl inn will be completely renovated.

Due to the poor geology, special measures such as geotechnical support structures are required. The confined space of the construction site, as well as the dead end and tonnage restrictions on the road, make the construction site a logistical challenge. Nevertheless, seven 3-axle lorries drive to the site every day to deliver the necessary materials and remove the excess excavated soil.
