Working together for success: teamwork and apprentice training in paving construction at Nägele

We kicked off the new paving season in February. With nine dedicated employees in three teams, we are working throughout Vorarlberg. Since mid-February, we have successfully completed numerous small construction projects. On Monday, we finished the construction site on the A14, where 200 meters of RMA curbstones were laid with a ramp.
In March, our site manager Sandro Pomberger completed his training as an apprentice trainer. Congratulations, Sandro!
He is currently training two apprentices in paving: Dominik Gantner and Peter Böke. To ensure that all aspects of the apprenticeship are covered and completed, we have set up an apprentice association with Gabl und Partner. Peter and Dominik are currently at the campus in Vienna, completing our in-house additional training, which is available to all apprentices at Nägele.
