Due to the current coronavirus crisis and the fact that some of our apprentices have been assigned to home schooling, we in the apprentice team decided without further ado to carry out practical exercises with the bricklaying apprentices affected at our building yard.

The teachers gave us practical tasks for those apprentices who would normally be at school, which we carried out under the guidance of an experienced foreman, Mair Stefan, who is also a member of the apprentice team.

As a special programme, we found an opportunity for the apprentices in their third year of training, who are about to take their final apprenticeship examination, to practise a typical example of an examination piece. Our apprentices were given valuable tips for the upcoming final apprenticeship examination by our apprentice team leader Harald Böhler, who is a long-standing member of the final apprenticeship examination commission, and our foreman Mair Stefan.

The training was, of course, carried out in compliance with the currently necessary safety measures.
