New location: Industriestraße 18, Sulz

After moving into the office building at the same location at the beginning of 2022, the second construction phase has now been completed. The new building comprises:

Building yard with workshop:

A state-of-the-art workshop for construction machinery and covered areas for weather-protected storage of formwork and equipment.

Spenglerei IAT GmbH:

This building not only houses modern office space, but also a fully equipped construction metalworking shop.

Sanitary facilities and break rooms:

Modern sanitary facilities and great break rooms are available for the well-being of our more than 200 employees.

The total investment for this forward-looking project amounts to an impressive €10.0 million.

Open house program:

Children's construction site: Our youngest visitors can try their hand at bricklaying and excavator driving, get creative in the sandpit, or try their hand at the plumbing stand.

Tour of the building: Experience the technical highlights and high-quality equipment.

Sightseeing flight over the company premises: Enjoy a unique bird's-eye view.
