After a safety briefing in our office building, we headed straight to the construction sites. Together with Alexander Wurzer from the apprentice team and our technician Claudio Ess, the new team members were able to get their first impressions of their future daily work right away.

• Marc is starting at the Summer Metalltechnik construction site, where he will be trained and mentored by foreman Johannes Vonbun.
• Jeremy is heading to Gaschurn, where a loft is currently under construction. His trainer and mentor is foreman Alexander Seeberger.
