Project Update: Construction Site at Reifen Jais

Work is progressing rapidly at our construction site at Reifen Jais—we have successfully completed numerous tasks over the past few weeks.
- Laying of conduit pipes & installation of light pole foundations
- Installation of drainage channels, including connection to drainage wells
- Installation of curbs and grass pavers
- Demolition of the old road
- Preparation of the subgrade and final grade
- Asphalt paving work
- Construction of an infiltration basin
Outlook: Additional asphalt basins will be milled in early June.
Special challenges:
Low gradient—this required the utmost precision to achieve a flawless result
Many trades working on-site simultaneously—only through effective coordination and communication was the process able to run smoothlyProject figures at a glance:
- Asphalted area: approx. 2,063 m²
- Paved area: approx. 164 m²
- Curbstones: approx. 180 m
- Demolition of old road: approx. 330 m²
